Returns

We want you to love your Simply Bar experience — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used soaps

  • Customized, bulk, or limited-edition items

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

Start a Return

Please email simplybarsoaps@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, with applicable photos. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.


Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank

If it’s been more than 30 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, don’t hesitate to contact us.
